Some trivia about myself:
- My little sisters have been doing stuff like this since they were 13 and here I am getting started at close to 30.
- My first program was on an Apple II. We were on the local TV news for one of the first kindergarten computer classes in my area around 1985.
- My first computer was a Commodore 64, but my first PC-compatible was a Tandy 1000.
- On the Tandy, I wrote programs in GW-BASIC to pick lottery numbers and print address labels (on the dot matrix printer) for my parents.
- My next PC (after the Tandy) came 10 years later–a Packard Bell with a Pentium 120. Since then I’ve upgraded machines average every 2-3 years. So far: Pentium II, Duron, Athlon , Pentium 4, Pentium M, Core 2 Duo.
- One of my Windows applications was featured on the ZDTV show “Internet Tonight” in 1998. ZDTV eventually became the present-day G4.
- Almost every console I’ve owned was bought years later when the system had dropped 50% off launch price. I bought my first Playstation 2 in 2005. However, I bought the Wii and PS3 on their respective launch day.
- My first “PDA” was a Casio Data Bank watch in 5th grade. My first modern PDA was a Handspring Visor (2MB).
- My first flash MP3 player was a Samsung Uproar MP3 phone with a modest 64MB of flash–years before the iPhone, Chocolate, ROKR, etc.

I saw Chroma on friends computer. Great Add-on!!
I installed it along with Classic Options Plus and Classic Options Plus seems to have overridden the ability of Chroma to function.
Specifically, after finally narrowing it down to Classic as the main suspect I found a specific setting within Classic thats forces a OS color change to light/gray background. If not that particular setting there are others within Classic that force color changes. Maybe some setting in Config has been reset?
In any case, I uninstalled, reinstalled both Add-ons several times with no luck in changing the tab color settings to light/gray background, with or without Classic Options installed. Currently uninstalled.
Ideas? Suggestions to correct?

My mother roots is from Ilocos Sur. I know we have relatives at Miguelin, Sampaloc and Sta Mesa. Meron rin sa Davao. I’m interested in knowing you roots. we are just few Calpo.we must be relatives.
This may be a bit odd, but I stumbeld into your firefox addon when searching something similar: Colorizing the bookmarks-sidebar.
Nobody seems to understand that this would be a dramatical increase in usability if I could colorize areas of the bookmark sidebar. I have hundreds of bookmarks and also well organized thru folders and subfolders but search for a particular section is still a nightmare.
Would there be any chance to attract that theme to you? Unfortunalety I am unable to program such an addon.
My idea is that every “new line” (I have a German browser, so do not know the exact name but it is the 6th option when right-click in the bookmark area) should get an additional property, a color, which should be the background for all bookmarks below that line until a new line will appear (that may change the color to another then).
That would dramatically help to scroll down the bookmarks sidebar fast without “overlooking” the folder one searche for.
If you have heard about any tool to deliver such function, would greatly appreciate if you share a link.
